Warmia Sour Soup Concentrate - Żurek Koncentrat (500ml)

Polish "Zurek" bottle Concentrate by Warmia is a sour soup concentrate used to make the traditional Polish soup known as żurek. It consists of a combination of fermented rye flour, vegetables, and spices. The concentrate is mixed with stock and water to make the famous Polish soup. The soup is traditionally served with boiled potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, sausage, and a slice of Polish bread on the side. To make it even tastier, garnish with horseradish and sour cream.

Cooking Instructions;

Mix "Żurek" with 1 cup of warm water, then add about 3qts of water or vegetable or meat broth, stir, and boil (1min).
