Shipping Policy
1.Service Area:
We currently ship to all states in the USA. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We are only sending orders through UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Saver.
3. Perishable Items and Ice Packs:
Ice Pack Usage: To ensure the freshness and safety of perishable items, we use ice packs and insulated packaging. This includes items such as dairy, meat, seafood, and frozen goods.
Packaging: Perishable items are packed with ice packs and insulation to maintain the appropriate temperature during transit. Ice packs are placed at the bottom of the box and, if necessary, between the products, depending on the weight or quantity of the products ordered. Pierogi Store is not liable to compensation in the case of injury or bodily harm from customer mishandling of packed cold packs.
4. Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on delivery location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Customer is responsible for all taxes.
5. Order Processing:
All orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you place an order after Tuesday, there is a possibility of your order being withheld from shipment until the next Monday, in order to prevent your order from perishing during transit. Same thing applies for orders placed on Saturday/Sunday (depending on how many orders there are, the orders over the weekend may go out later).
We always work on orders in the order they are received.
The order will be dropped off at our shipping location by 5pm and will be delivered depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to item availability. For all items requiring refrigeration (such as pierogi or sausage, cheese) we strongly encourage customers to choose the UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver shipping options to ensure product freshness upon arrival. We do not take responsibility for frozen and/or refrigerated products arriving spoiled, if a ground option is chosen.
Peak Times: During holidays and peak seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding and recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
Missing or Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any items missing or damaged, contact us within [9-5pm] hours of delivery at [marketing@pierogistore.com]. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Back Order
If an item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of the same weight from a different brand or with a different flavor. These substitutions are made to avoid delays in shipping and to ensure you receive a complete order.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
