Return Process
We are committed to delivering the best quality products and service to our customers. If there is anything wrong with your order, please notify us straight away, and we will make things right for you by promptly addressing your concerns, arranging for a replacement or refund, and ensuring your complete satisfaction with our service.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Contact Us: To initiate a return for a product with issue, please contact our customer service team at [marketing@pierogistore.com] with your order number and details about the issue. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Authorization: You will receive authorization and instructions on how to return the item. Please include this authorization in your return shipment.
Shipping: For non-perishable returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If the product you received has visible damage or defects that impact its usability or functionality , so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos of the damage or defect to process your refund. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

refrigerated goods (including but not limited to pierogi, dairy, meat, prepared and frozen goods)

custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

personal care goods (such as beauty products)

hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses

Items that have been opened
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Processing Time: We will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned item and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will process your refund within 7-10 business days.Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a store credit. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
