Danish Bacon is perfect for sandwiches, soups, scrambled eggs, stews, Polish sauerkraut "Bigos," charcuterie boards, cucumber in brine, and Polish condiments such as mustard and horseradish sauce. Once you've had some of this bacon, you can't go back to normal bacon ever again.

Tested by the Food Safety and Inspection Service, USDA. Vacuum-sealed and carefully packed. It should be stored in the refrigerator.
